At KULTUREFIT, we make every effort to deliver quality products to our customers. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect product is shipped by us, we are here to help.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects
- If KULTUREFIT ships a different size, color, or product than what was ordered
The request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
Conditions for Return or Exchange
To be eligible, the product must be:
Unused and unworn
In its original condition
With all original tags, packaging, and invoice intact
Supported with clear photos or videos showing the manufacturing defect or the incorrect item received
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
• Incorrect size selected while placing the order
• Change of mind after placing the order
• Minor color difference due to screen/display settings
• Products damaged due to use, washing, or mishandling
• Requests raised after 3 days of delivery
Important Note
If KULTUREFIT ships a different size, color, or product than what was ordered, we will gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to verification.
All return and replacement requests are reviewed and verified by our support team before approval.
